Neemias Queta officially joined the Boston Celtics – NBA

Portuguese post signed a ‘two-way’ contract

Neemias Queta was signed to the Boston Celtics. According to the Eastern Conference team, the Portuguese center signed a ‘two-way’ contract, which will see him split between the team that plays in the NBA and the Maine Celtics, from the G-League. After being released by the Sacramento Kings, ‘Quetão’ now has a new challenge serving the most titled team in the history of the competition. In his seasons with the Kings, Queta participated in 20 first-team games. Last season, he appeared in 43 games for the Stockton Kings, Sacramento’s affiliate team. In these, he averaged 17.7 points, 8.7 rebounds and 1.9 tackles per game. Neemias was the first Portuguese player to be part of an NBA team when, in 2021, he was the Sacramento Kings’ 39th pick in the draft.
