After graduating, Ezra joined the family business, the Neto Group, which imports, produces and distributes various food products, such as meat, fish, dairy, frozen foods and snacks. He started as a sales manager and worked his way up to chairman of the board of Neto Malinda Trading Ltd, the group’s parent company, in 2010. He is accordingly chairman of two other group subsidiaries, El Gaucho Ltd and Ezra Ltd.

Based on Bloomberg, Ezra is responsible for the group’s wholesale territory and oversees the marketing, sales and dissolution of the products.
